- Defective & Damaged Merchandise: If your order, or part of your order arrives defective and there is no visual damage to the box you must notify us within 1 day of receiving it. We will try and troubleshoot the problem and if it is determined that the item needs to be returned, we will assist you with the return process. If you would like a refund on the defective item, the item must be returned at your expense. Original shipping charges from the actual order are also non-refundable. We only accept returns on defective items only.
- If your order, or part of your order arrives damaged by the carrier we will assist you in filing a claim on your behalf. You must report damaged merchandise to us with 1 business day in order to be eligible. Should you ask for a refund, the same defective merchandise refund policy applies. Your item(s) comes with a 30 day warranty where we will cover the cost of all repairs and shipping the item(s) back to you.
- The Manufacturer Warranty covers from the date of receipt, any manufacturing defect that cause the airsoft product not to work properly. It does not cover misuse, abuse, mishandling, disassembly, cosmetic imperfection. It also does not cover lack of compliance with instructions from user’s manual, usage of low-grade bb’s or reused bb’s, or failure to provide proper maintenance. If we receive the returned item(s) in an "unsellable" condition, there may be a restocking fee of 20%. Our primary goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied and that your experience here is pleasant and seamless.
